The first Rush Charge that I ordered did not work. When I emailed customer service about the problem they immediately responded and sent me a new one. They also sent me a postage paid label to return the one that wasn't working. i have had no problems with the second one, and find it very convenient for a quick charge without needing an outlet.
Had a charging issue with my device; contacted support and they promptly sent a replacement and a return label for their lab to studied the defective device. I like the device and the support.
I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but this device doesn’t even charge my phone up before it dies. I have had several portable phone chargers in the past that will keep its charge for approximately 6-8 hrs, and the rush charge is dead before my phone is actually charged .
